The Owners

     After getting married and moving to Alaska with our husbands — Liliya from Idaho and Iryna from Oregon — we became fast friends through our husbands, who’ve known each other since childhood. Recently, we both stepped into motherhood: Iryna to a beautiful baby girl, and Liliya to a handsome baby boy. As new moms, we found ourselves longing for a cozy, safe space where little ones from crawling age to 6 years old could play freely, and where parents could relax, sip a warm coffee, and connect (especially during those long Alaskan winters!). With the love and support of our amazing husbands, families, and friends, that dream became AK Haven Play Café — a space created with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart. We hope you enjoy it as much as we’ve loved bringing it to life.
