Play Cafe Guidelines

Grip socks are required for all children; regular socks for adults. We sell grip socks on-site if needed. 

Playtime is limited to 1 hour or based on your reservation. Reservations are highly recommended due to limited capacity—walk-ins may be turned away. 

Birthday parties are only hosted after hours, not during regular play sessions. 

Play area is for kids ages 0–6 only. 

Guardians must supervise children at all times. Only one adult per child in the play area, please. 

Hands to ourselves! Let staff know if you see unsafe or rough play 

You're welcome to bring bottled drinks and small snacks, but please no food or drinks in the play area.
Out of respect for others, we ask that you avoid messy or strong-smelling meals in the lounge. 

We care for your little ones like our own. That’s why our play café is cleaned daily and throughout the day with kid-safe, non-toxic products. We also perform deep cleans twice a week to keep everything fresh and worry-free. 

We love families, but due to our cozy space, we ask that you limit adults in the play area to one per child. 

When booking online, please reserve a spot for each adult attending. Your reservation includes 2 adults free—additional adults are $5 each. To follow our capacity limits, unregistered adults may be turned away.
